We utilize an evidence-based curriculum to engage and challenge teens, helping them break the cycle of their destructive choices. Once they understand themselves, they can unleash their potential by passionately seeking and pursuing their future success. That purpose is worthy of modifying their behavior. Our programs provide critical skills and positive support systems to improve lives and transform futures.
Train
TTrain
verb — to teach a particular skill or type of behavior through practice and instruction over a period of time.
Developing opportunities to help youth uncover who they are and how they might become great — using Myers-Briggs, SWOT analyses, action plans, and other methods of self-identification.
Research shows that youth who have “participated in some sort of job training, job search, or school-to-work program during their high school years are less likely to experience disconnection than youth who did not” (Child Trends Research Brief, 2009).
Success at work
Since 2015, we have reached hundreds of troubled teens and have seen lives transformed. During 24 sessions of training, we establish rapport and introduce them to business entities like the Pittsburgh Pirates, Dolphin Aviation, Victor Young’s, Manatee County Government, SPARK Growth, Bayside Community Church, Goodwill, and many more. They have hands-on interaction with these leaders and see that they belong to a community that cares about their future.
Our training goals
We seek to empower at-risk teens to redirect their behavior toward a positive future by gaining personal insight and job-readiness skills. They find their passion when they understand their likes, abilities, and uniqueness. Where most programs in juvenile justice measure themselves in failure rate (recidivism), we measure ours in success — achieving an 83% success rate.

We run eight programs in four juvenile justice facilities:

Inspire
IInspire
verb — to fill someone with the urge or ability to do or feel something special or creative.
We reach over 1,500 youth each year by meeting at-risk teens where they are — detention centers, jails, and prisons. We build lasting connections and offer hope, support, and guidance. Our speakers excel at building rapport and encouraging change. By networking with volunteers from the community and area churches, youth who are incarcerated can be provided with church services and dynamic messages of faith and hope.
Mentor
MMentor
verb — an experienced and trusted advisor who trains and counsels others.
The Replay Mentor Team guides at-risk teens in discovering their potential, passion, and purpose by recruiting and training effective mentors.
People who make a difference
Our mentoring program uses vetted adult volunteers who commit to supporting, guiding, and being a friend to a young person for at least one year. Each coach is encouraged to help youth develop and reach positive academic, career, and personal goals.
By connecting one-on-one and building positive role models, mentors encourage at-risk youth to navigate their turbulent lives and seek a brighter future.
Empower
EEmpower
verb — to make someone stronger and more confident, especially in controlling their life and claiming their rights.
Many youth grow up in homes marked by trauma, fatherlessness, and abandonment. Schools lack the resources to do it all, so many are lost through the cracks. Alternative methods of empowerment are needed.
We have been working with the school district on an accelerated learning high school in Manatee County, where youth can work at their own pace to catch up and move forward. We are also working with employers and the district so students can pursue vocational education alongside schoolwork.
One future goal is a highly structured, goal-oriented home for at-risk teens and former juvenile offenders — a safe transitional place where love and discipline are intertwined, focused on determination, academic and physical discipline, leadership, and spiritual discipleship.

These are critical components of Replay Outreach’s programs. Our anti-discrimination policy ensures services and assistance to any teen identified as at risk in Manatee and Sarasota counties. Our faith-based approach does that work with compassion, grace, truth, and love.
