Mentorship program

Success4Life

Skills, support, and direction for teens who need more than occasional encouragement.

Success4Life helps teens move forward.

The challenge is rarely a lack of potential. It is a lack of consistent support, practical guidance, and a place to build real-world skills. Success4Life is for teens navigating trauma, behavioral challenges, school disengagement, and other circumstances that can put them on a hard path.

Replay uses relationship-based mentoring, activities-based learning, character development, and soft-skill training so teens grow in confidence, responsibility, and readiness for life after the program.

Who it’s for

Teens who need more than a drop-in conversation — young people struggling in school, pulling away from positive influences, or facing circumstances that raise the risk of crime, violence, or substance use.

  • Struggling with behavior or school engagement
  • In need of life skills, confidence, and direction
  • Lacking consistent adult guidance
  • Thinking about work, goals, and what comes next
  • Vulnerable to negative peer or community influences

How it works

Youth are coached, challenged, and supported as they practice skills they can use. The work is hands-on, not a lecture.

  • Structured mentoring relationships
  • Life-skills and character-building activities
  • Soft-skill and career-readiness development
  • Group experiences, events, and ongoing encouragement
  • Guidance that helps them set goals and stay with them

Why mentorship matters here

Connection alone is not the goal. Success4Life ties mentorship to behavior, direction, and readiness — so a teen is supported and also learns to manage behavior and build the attitudes that lead to success.

Teens stay with it when the support is about their life now, not only an idea of the future.

Outcomes

The program is built to move teens from disconnection toward a clearer personal direction.

  • Improved behavior and self-management
  • Stronger communication and decision-making
  • Greater engagement in school, training, or future planning
  • More confidence and personal responsibility
  • Clearer goals and a roadmap for what comes next

Refer a teen

Referrals come from schools, families, churches, community leaders, and other adults who see that a teen needs steadier support.

  • Parent or caregiver
  • School counselor, teacher, or administrator
  • Pastor, youth leader, or mentor
  • Social service or community partner
  • Any concerned adult who wants a teen connected
