Mentorship & Coaching
Trusted relationships and practical support for moving forward.
What is missing is often consistent guidance.
Many of the youth Replay serves have had adults come and go, limited positive support, or few people they can trust when life gets hard. Mentorship & Coaching is a place to be seen, challenged, and supported by adults who stay.
The work pairs relationship-based mentorship with coaching youth can use in school, at work, and in the decisions in front of them. It is for trauma, instability, school disengagement, high-risk pressure, and major life transitions.
Who it’s for
Teens and young adults who need steady support and a stronger sense of direction — especially those overlooked by a classroom, a short program, or a system that cannot stay close.
- Experiencing trauma, neglect, or instability
- Struggling in school or pulling away
- Lacking positive adult support
- Facing justice-system involvement or other high-risk pressure
- Preparing for work, independence, or a major transition
- In need of accountability and practical guidance
How it works
Mentors and coaches stay in regular contact, build trust, and tailor guidance to each young person’s goals. The point is habits and life skills, not only talking through problems.
- Building trust and healthier relationships
- Strengthening decision-making and personal responsibility
- Setting goals and following through
- Navigating school, work, and life challenges
- Developing confidence, communication, and resilience
- Staying engaged in training, employment, or personal growth
Why it matters
Some youth need encouragement. Some need structure. Some need one adult who keeps showing up. Replay offers both support and challenge so young people can move toward greater self-direction.
For many, progress starts with showing up, opening up to someone they trust, or making one better decision. Those steps add up to confidence, healthier relationships, and a clearer direction.
