Helping youth find a new journey
Replay Outreach is a non-profit organization established in Bradenton, Florida, in 2012. We encourage at-risk teens to uncover their purpose in life, learn to manage their behavior, and gain the skills and attitudes that lead to success.
The journey to find one’s purpose is rarely a smooth route. That discovery is even harder for at-risk youth in underserved communities. Most find themselves without structure and purpose due to fractured families, misguided friendships, and destructive coping mechanisms.
That’s where we come in
Replay Outreach meets them where they are — school, clubs, church, or even court — to bring not just guidance, but the tools for a better future. We train them to see past their missteps and use those as stepping stones in building a purpose-driven life.
Our approach
It’s T.I.M.E. to act
Aimlessness in youth is expensive. Those who don’t excel at academics, sports, music, or other activities are susceptible to truancy, crime, violence, and substance abuse. Youth need a direction, a passion, and a purpose. T.I.M.E. spent together can prepare them for self-sustainability, confidence, and success.
Inspire
Going into juvenile justice facilities and speaking hope into youths’ lives.
Mentor
Helping youth identify mentors with whom they can build long-lasting relationships, and providing activities for mentors and youth to get together.
Empower
Providing a nurturing environment away from a home life or surrounding area that is toxic, with learning and employment opportunities geared to their needs.
Applied learning
Hands-on development
Through local and professional organizations we bring students into applied learning environments, to further their education and gain experience in different career avenues.

Tim Frost
Training Director / Leadership Development Coach, Male Students
Tim is a motivated, dynamic leader who has spent his career encouraging youth to discover a better version of themselves and leads our youth training. He has taught youth in Manatee schools, Boys & Girls Club, truancy, ATOS, and juvenile detention. Tim most recently was the director of a large at-risk youth program in Ohio before joining Replay. He is the creator of the CHANGE Factor curriculum and a mentor to all he encounters.
Sarah Boudreau
Administrative Director / Leadership Development Coach, Female Students
Sarah empowers others to live abundantly through self-efficacy and well-being. She is a passionate leader with a background in organizational leadership, administrative work, youth outreach, and wellness coaching. Originally from Gladeville, Tennessee, she graduated from Southeastern University with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Melanie Allsop-Rose
Community Relations Director
Melanie joined Replay to volunteer her time leading donor development and community awareness. She has an extensive background in banking, retail, and nonprofit leadership, and is connected through Manatee Community Foundation, Bayside Community Church, and her business ALLS — Always Loving Life Stylishly.

Lawrence Rose
CEO / Founder / Treasurer
After relocating to Florida and opening Legacy Builders Financial, Lawrence visited juvenile justice facilities across the state and saw hope darkened by sadness. He founded Replay to reach kids others are failing to reach, helping them understand their potential, find a path that honors their passions, and live for a purpose worth giving their lives to. He holds a master’s in divinity from Lincoln Christian Seminary and a degree in youth work from Lincoln Christian University.

President
Walter is a successful entrepreneur and business owner on Anna Maria Island — Island Scoops, Island Donut Company, and Anna Maria Island Segway — and a community leader with deep nonprofit experience.
Dr. Roosevelt Dunbar, Jr., PhD
Secretary
Roosevelt is a school counselor and testing coordinator at Lincoln Memorial Middle School. He specializes in academics, career options, and social-emotional development, and has served youth through Boys & Girls Club of Manatee and as a case manager at AMI Kids.
Dale Thompson, LMHC
Vice President · Executive Clinical Director, PsyCare
Dale has worked more than 20 years with families and children. A psychotherapist and trainer identified as an expert in chronic dysfunction and trauma, he has served as an officer of the Florida Juvenile Justice Association and designs treatment models addressing trauma, substance abuse, and aggression.

Sheriff Rick Wells
Manatee County Sheriff’s Office
Sheriff Wells has more than 31 years in law enforcement, including 21 years with the Florida Highway Patrol. He was sworn in as Sheriff of Manatee County on January 3, 2017, and has served with Boy Scouts of America, Keep Manatee Beautiful, and the Manatee Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition.

Advisor
Kerry is owner of Kerry Purcell, Inc. and a Senior Consultant and Team Leader for Public Consulting Group’s Focus on Results, building leadership capacity in urban and rural districts. Her work as an educator was featured in the documentary The Principal Story.
Christina Goldberg

Tom earned degrees from the University of Florida and Stetson University College of Law. He is Chairman of the Florida Area Council of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, past president of Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County, and received the President’s Service Award in 2008.
Rebecca Wilson, Esq.
Assistant Public Defender, Sarasota County
Rebecca supervises the juvenile division in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, serving youth in Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto counties. She has served in the Public Defender’s Office since 1999 and received the Jim Slater Award for Professionalism in 2013.
Jennifer Lyn Glassmoyer, CPA
Kerkering, Barberio & Co.
Jenny leads the Outsourcing Solutions Group at Kerkering, Barberio & Co., guiding local nonprofit and faith-based organizations. She previously directed a local nonprofit art center and worked in audit in Sarasota, Tampa, and Toledo.
